Philosophy

I don’t believe health and wellbeing should be built on punishment, guilt or constantly trying to shrink yourself. Movement should support your life, not take it over.

My coaching focuses on helping people build strength, confidence and trust in their bodies through sustainable training, flexibility and self respect. Rather than chasing perfection, the goal is to create habits and routines that feel supportive, realistic and maintainable long term.

I specialize in working with people who are rebuilding their relationship with exercise, food and body image, including those recovering from disordered eating. The focus is not just physical progress, but creating a healthier and more compassionate relationship with yourself overall.

Your Plan Includes

  • A fully individualized training program tailored to your goals, experience level, lifestyle, recovery capacity and relationship with movement. The focus is on creating a realistic and sustainable approach that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.

  • Guides and resources designed to help you better understand training, recovery, nutrition and habit building. The goal is not just to tell you what to do, but to help you understand why you are doing it.

  • Flexible, practical nutrition support focused on improving your relationship with food, supporting performance and building sustainable habits without rigid rules or extreme restriction. Guidance is adapted to your individual needs, preferences and goals.

  • Access to exercise demonstrations and technique guidance to help you feel confident and safe while training. Clients can also send videos for feedback and movement corrections when needed.

  • Consistent communication and support throughout the coaching process. This includes adjustments, accountability, encouragement and a space to ask questions as you build new routines and habits.

  • Regular check-ins to review progress, discuss challenges and adapt the program when needed. The coaching process is designed to evolve with you rather than forcing you into a rigid structure.

  • A one on one video call to go through your goals, background, needs and coaching plan in detail. This creates space for questions, clarity and building an approach that feels supportive and personalized from the start.

Plans start at €500, price depending on individual needs and length of program. 50% deposit required after approval and onboarding consultation.
